Grievance; Complaints a. It is the policy of Teton County that County employees should have an opportunity to present their complaints/grievances, arising from the application of this Policy Manual, through a dispute resolution procedure. The County will attempt to promptly resolve all complaints/grievances that are appropriate for handling under this policy.
