Common use of Grievance Withdrawal Clause in Contracts

Grievance Withdrawal. The grievant and his/her representative may withdraw the grievance at any stage of the grievance procedure by giving written notice to the County representative who last took action on the grievance, with a copy to the Human Resources Department.
