Grievances An employee may grieve documented verbal warnings and written reprimands but may not appeal them to the arbitration step. Violations of administrative procedures and time constraints as provided in this Article may be processed at the Third Step of the Grievance Procedure.‌

Grievances An. An Employee or group of Employees who believe they are being required to work under conditions which are unsafe and unhealthy shall have the right to file a grievance in the third step of the Grievance Procedure for preferred handling in such procedure and arbitration. Replies in Replies to grievances shall be in writing at Stages and Supplementary Supplementary Agreements, if any, shall form part of this Agreement and are subject to the grievance and arbitration procedure.

  • Grievances and Complaints 5.1 It is the mutual desire of the parties hereto that grievances and complaints relative to this Agreement or working conditions generally shall be addressed as quickly as possible.

  • Grievances Where an Employee alleges that she has been suspended or discharged in violation of Article 23.01, she may within ten (10) days of the date on which she was notified in writing or within twenty (20) days of the date of her discharge or suspension, whichever is later, invoke the grievance procedure including provisions for Arbitration contained in Article 26, and for the purpose of a grievance, alleging violation of Article 23.01 she may lodge her grievance at the final level of the grievance procedure.
