Grievances and Negotiations. An employee engaged during the school day on behalf of the Association with any representative of the Board or Administration in any grievance, including arbitration or negotiations, shall be released from regular duties without loss of salary. During arbitration proceedings, only employee witnesses necessary to testify will be released based upon a reasonable expectation their testimony is germane to the issue.

Grievances and Negotiations. The Employer agrees that time lost from the regular work shift spent in the conduct of grievances, negotiations and matters concerning collective bargaining shall not be deducted from the pay of delegated employee representatives of the Union. The number of employee representatives who may participate in the conduct of negotiations and matters concerning collective bargaining while in pay status shall be limited to five (5). The number of employee representatives who may participate in the conduct of grievances while in pay status shall be limited to three (3).

  • GRIEVANCES AND ARBITRATION Section 1. Having a desire to create and maintain labor relations harmony between them, the parties hereto agree that they will promptly attempt to adjust all disputes involving the interpretation, application or alleged violation of a specific provision of this Agreement and associated supplemental agreements.   • Informal Negotiations To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms of Use (each a "Dispute" and collectively, the “Disputes”) brought by either you or us (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.
