Growth Plan Mentors. A mentor who agrees to work with a teacher with an identified performance deficiency shall perform duties, as necessary, to assist that teacher to comply with his/her growth plan. Compensation for such duties and necessary release time shall be agreed upon by the Superintendent and the Association President or designee.
