GST Legislation Clause Samples
The GST Legislation clause defines how the Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws apply to the agreement and the parties involved. It typically clarifies the responsibilities for charging, collecting, and remitting GST on taxable supplies made under the contract, and may specify how GST-inclusive or exclusive amounts are to be handled in payments. This clause ensures both parties understand their tax obligations, reducing the risk of disputes or non-compliance with tax authorities.
