Guarding. Medical Charges: The following fees and charges are subject to an annual inflator of the Seattle- Tacoma-Bremerton CPI-W (covering the twelve (12)-month period ending in June) plus three (3) percent, but shall in no event be lower than three (3) percent:
i. Infirmary Care Surcharge
ii. Psychiatric Care Surcharge
Guarding. The Contractor shall be responsible for all the equipment and materials belonging to the Contractor in the site. The Management Company of the Building shall protect the site however shall not be held liable for theft, damages etc. that might be caused to the Contractor’s equipment and materials.
Guarding. The IT department is provided on the outer facade of the building and in the building, with 28 security cameras, for continuous visual representation and recording of the monitor and fixing unit in the executive director office. (not the reception!) These cameras are placed for the tenant's safety only. The Operator is not obligated to look back the recordings for some issue (stealing from the fridge, kitchen). The Operator is obligated to ask the executive office’s permission to look back the recordings if someone gets hurt, some illegal activities happened, or something dangerous or accident happened.
Guarding. HOMESTAR undertakes to supply the required security service as set out by specifications provided by the client
Guarding. In return for the payment of charges the Warehouseman is committed to safeguarding and preserving the properties deposited in the Warehouse. The Warehouseman is not liable for handling properties in the Warehouse.

Guarding. No guards or fences must be removed from any machinery or plant while the machinery or plant is in motion or energised. The person removing guards or fences must be authorised by the site safety supervisor before carrying out the task and the person must be competent to carry out the work. Guards and fences must be replaced before the machinery or plant is restarted or energised.
Guarding. The Company will pay the Sdot Yam Local Committee a guarding levy in accordance with the provisions of the law in this regard, including the provisions of “the guarding order” of the Hof Hacarmel Local Council. For the removal of doubt, the parties are aware and agree thereto that as at the year 2010 the amount of the guarding levy stands at a sum of NIS 70,557, while in 2011 the amount of the guarding levy which the Company is obliged to pay to the Sdot Yam Local Committee is a sum of NIS 72,306. The provisions of this clause will be deemed to be a contract in favor of a third party (the Sdot Yam Local Committee).

Decoration of building The Operator is responsible for fulfilling the decorative obligations imposed on public buildings. Conclusion Breaking any of the above-mentioned rules entail consequences in the form of dismissal, fine or penalty points, which are detailed in the 2. appendix. In the event that the Penalty Points Report is not accepted and signed by the tenant, Section 4.1.4. (Forced eviction) will take effect from the System Policy and House-Rules. Guarding. The obstruction shall be marked by posts carrying red flags or reflective red markers and by red lamps. The latter shall be spaced at 6 metres intervals in the direction of traffic flow and at 0.9 metres intervals across this direction. At least 3 lamps shall be placed across this direction of traffic flow. The flags and lamps on the traffic side of the obstruction shall be at least 5 metres from it.
