HANDLING OF CLASSIFIED MATERIAL. In addition to the briefing outlined above, the briefing officer will insure that the pilot in command, or the first officer, is aware of the following: o RECEIPT FOR CLASSIFIED MATERIAL: The briefing envelope contains information affecting the national defense of the US and is issued for use while flying. Part of this information is classified and extreme care should be exercised to preclude its being compromised. Upon terminating the flight, all material shall be given to the military base operations officer or destroyed in accordance with the next bullet, Destruction of Classified Material, below. All classified material shall be accounted for by means of the AF Form 310, DOCUMENT RECEIPT AND DESTRUCTION CERTIFICATE, or a comparable receipt. Prior to accepting material, the pilot in command should insure that sufficient legible copies of the receipt form are available to allow one copy for the recipient at the destination and one copy for the pilot in command's personal file. o

  • Supplier Selection If Customer selects a seat or galley supplier that is not on the Boeing recommended list, such seat or galley will become BFE and the provisions of Exhibit A, Buyer Furnished Equipment Provisions Document, of the AGTA will apply.

  • Compliance with Safeguarding Customer Information Requirements The Servicer has implemented and will maintain security measures designed to meet the objectives of the Interagency Guidelines Establishing Standards for Safeguarding Customer Information published in final form on February 1, 2001, 66 Fed. Reg. 8616, and the rules promulgated thereunder, as amended from time to time (the “Guidelines”). The Servicer shall promptly provide the Seller information regarding the implementation of such security measures upon the reasonable request of the Seller.

  • Materials of Environmental Concern have not been transported or disposed of from the Properties in violation of, or in a manner or to a location that could give rise to liability under, any Environmental Law, nor have any Materials of Environmental Concern been generated, treated, stored or disposed of at, on or under any of the Properties in violation of, or in a manner that could give rise to liability under, any applicable Environmental Law;

  • Confidentiality/Protection of Customer Information The Company shall keep confidential and shall not divulge to any party, without the Purchaser's prior written consent, the price paid by the Purchaser for the Mortgage Loans, except to the extent that it is reasonable and necessary for the Company to do so in working with legal counsel, auditors, taxing authorities or other governmental agencies. Each party agrees that it shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the privacy or security of Customer Information and shall maintain appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of Customer Information, including maintaining security measures designed to meet the objectives of the Interagency Guidelines Establishing Standards for Safeguarding Customer Information, 66 Fed.   • Definition of Customer Information Any Customer Information will remain the sole and exclusive property of the Trust. “Customer Information” shall mean all non-public, personally identifiable information as defined by Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act of 1999, as amended, and its implementing regulations (e.g., SEC Regulation S-P and Federal Reserve Board Regulation P) (collectively, the “GLB Act”).

  • Timeliness of Submitting Orders a. You are obliged to date and indicate the time of receipt of all orders you receive from your customers and to transmit promptly all orders to us in time to provide for processing at the price next determined after receipt by you, in accordance with the Prospectuses. You are not to withhold placing with us orders received from any customers for the purchase of shares. You shall not purchase shares through us except for the purpose of covering purchase orders already received by you, or for your bona fide investment.

  • Review of Materials During the term of this Agreement, Client shall ensure that all prospectuses, statements of additional information, registration statements, proxy statements, reports to shareholders, advertising and sales literature or other materials prepared for distribution to Fund shareholders or the public, which refer to the Subadviser in any way, prepared by employees or agents of Client or its affiliates are consistent with information previously provided by Subadviser. Subadviser shall promptly notify the Client of any changes to information pertaining to the Subadviser and stated in the materials described in this Section 6(g).

  • Customer Information The Dealer Manager will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Company with any and all subscriber information that the Company requests in order for the Company to comply with the requirements under Section 5(l) above.

  • Safeguarding Customer Information The Servicer has implemented and will maintain security measures designed to meet the objectives of the Interagency Guidelines Establishing Standards for Safeguarding Customer Information published in final form on February 1, 2001, 66 Fed. Reg. 8616 and the rules promulgated thereunder, as amended from time to time (the “Guidelines”). The Servicer shall promptly provide the Master Servicer, the Trustee and the NIMS Insurer information reasonably available to it regarding such security measures upon the reasonable request of the Master Servicer, the Trustee and the NIMS Insurer which information shall include, but not be limited to, any Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No. 70 report covering the Servicer’s operations, and any other audit reports, summaries of test results or equivalent measures taken by the Servicer with respect to its security measures to the extent reasonably necessary in order for the Seller to satisfy its obligations under the Guidelines.
