Handling of Student’s Personal Data. Partner Universities will store the Student’s personal information and documentation securely and confidentially unless informed otherwise or legally required to disclose it. Global-MINDS is committed to protecting Students´ personal data. The Consortium’s Data Policy is in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Additionally, all Quality Assurance data for the programme are collected anonymously. In line with EACEA rules governing Erasmus + programmes, data about the Student may be used for the purposes of evaluating the Erasmus + Programme and will be made available to the EACEA, Erasmus + National Structures, EU Delegations and the Erasmus + Student and Alumni Association, acting as stakeholders of Global-MINDS. The term “personal information” includes any information about a natural person that is identifiable, even indirectly, through reference to any other information, including a personal identification number
