Common use of Harassment Free Workplace Clause in Contracts

Harassment Free Workplace. The Company will ensure a Harassment free workplace. This will include but not limit conduct that has the purpose or the effect of substantially interfering with an individual’s work performance or creating an intimidating, hostile, humiliating or offensive working environment.
