Hardware and Software Installation. Hardware and software provided by the League will be installed by the Municipality’s IT professionals. If the Municipality has no IT service provider, the League, utilizing funds from the Municipal Accounting Services and Cybersecurity Grant, will contract for a third-party IT professional installer to set up and load the hardware and software provided pursuant to this Agreement.

Hardware and Software Installation. The CONTRACTOR will be responsible for the complete and successful installation and testing of all hardware, system and application software, and all communications equipment provided by CONTRACTOR. DLEC will be responsible for the status of the network, ensuring that it has enough capacity for the SYSTEM to perform at the peak of its capabilities. The CONTRACTOR shall conduct an examination of the network, perform adequate tests to insure the network has enough capacity, and certify that the network has been adequately tested by the CONTRACTOR and has sufficient capacity. The CONTRACTOR will not install any equipment that has been discontinued or scheduled for discontinuation by any manufacturer. DLEC reserves the right to modify the configuration of equipment, prior to the CONTRACTOR’s ordering of the equipment, in the event that DLEC becomes aware of any changes in equipment offerings by manufacturers. The CONTRACTOR shall provide full credit to DLEC for equipment exchanges and provide for the same level of discount as received in the original equipment offering. DLEC shall be responsible for any and all restocking fees that result from equipment exchanges, with the exception of changes that result from price changes or product announcements that occur after the equipment order has been placed, but prior to shipping and installation.

  • Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.

  • Hardware and Software In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible mobile hardware and software as specified by Credit Union from time to time. Credit Union is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services.
