Installation Review. Spectrum may perform an installation review of each Service Location prior to installation of the Services to determine serviceability or the need to extend Spectrum’s facilities, fiber optic cable, electronics, or other equipment (collectively, the “Network”) to provide the Services at the Service Location. If during the installation review, Spectrum determines that additional work is required to enable Spectrum to deliver the Services to the Service Location, Spectrum will notify Customer of any additional Service Charges (as defined below) in excess of the amounts previously specified in a quote or Service Order. Upon request, Customer shall provide Spectrum with accurate site and/or physical network diagrams or maps of a Service Location, including electrical and other utility service maps, prior to the installation review.

Installation Review. CCVN may perform an installation review of each Customer Premises prior to installation of Services at that Customer Premises. Customer may be required to provide CCVN with accurate site and/or physical network diagrams or maps of a Customer Premises prior to the installation review. CCVN may directly or through its agents inspect the Customer Premises before beginning installation. In the event that during the course of installation CCVN determines additional work is necessary to enable CCVN to deliver the Services to the Customer Premises, CCVN will notify Customer of any new or additional one-time charges that may be necessary. In the event the Customer does not agree to pay such one-time charges, CCVN shall have the right to terminate the applicable request for Service.

Related to Installation Review

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Utilization Review We review health services to determine whether the services are or were Medically Necessary or experimental or investigational ("Medically Necessary"). This process is called Utilization Review. Utilization Review includes all review activities, whether they take place prior to the service being performed (Preauthorization); when the service is being performed (concurrent); or after the service is performed (retrospective). If You have any questions about the Utilization Review process, please call the number on Your ID card. The toll-free telephone number is available at least 40 hours a week with an after-hours answering machine. All determinations that services are not Medically Necessary will be made by: 1) licensed Physicians; or 2) licensed, certified, registered or credentialed health care professionals who are in the same profession and same or similar specialty as the Provider who typically manages Your medical condition or disease or provides the health care service under review. We do not compensate or provide financial incentives to Our employees or reviewers for determining that services are not Medically Necessary. We have developed guidelines and protocols to assist Us in this process. Specific guidelines and protocols are available for Your review upon request.   • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Design Review At appropriate stages of design, documented reviews of the design results shall be planned and conducted. Participants at each Design Review shall include representatives of all functions concerned with the design stage being reviewed, as well as other specialist personnel, as required. Records of such reviews shall be maintained. Any computer software used to perform alternative calculations or verify clearances through the use of scale models or computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) techniques shall be validated before the use of the application, with validation documented in accordance with Section 2.2.15. In addition, at each submittal to IFA for review, Developer shall provide hand calculations that validate any calculations performed by computer software.
