HARDWARE EXTENDED WARRANTY PLANS. Two Extended Warranty Plans which continue the repair or replacement benefit for non-conforming Hardware are available for purchase by Customer. Either type of plan must be purchased only at the time, and as part, of the original Hardware purchase for the full term of the applicable plan: (a) Hardware Extended Warranty Plan with the Advance Shipper feature: Priced at a percentage of the then current list price of all Hardware covered, as specified in the current price list, per year, Customer may select the Hardware Extended Warranty Plan with the Advance Shipper feature for the first three (3) years beginning with the original purchase of RMG Hardware, providing a total of three years’ warranty coverage. If Customer has purchased this feature, and it notifies RMG that Hardware provided under this Agreement does not conform to the applicable warranty, and RMG has issued the appropriate return materials authorization: (i) RMG will ship, at Customer’s expense, replacement Hardware to Customer; Customer may select and pay to receive the replacement Hardware the next business day after receipt of Customer’s notice, or pay for and use standard shipping instead; and (ii) Customer will provide paid transport to return the defective Hardware to RMG’s facilities once uninstalled by Customer. RMG Networks Smart Screens are not eligible for Advance Shipper Support and (b) Hardware Extended Warranty Plan (without Advance Shipping feature): In the alternative, Customer may select a Hardware Extended Warranty Plan as priced at a lower percentage of the current list price of all Hardware covered, as specified in the current price list per year, that does not include the Advance Shipper feature. If selected, this Plan begins upon expiration of and continues the one (1) year limited Hardware warranty described under Section 2 of this Schedule B for two additional years, providing a total of three years’ warranty coverage.   • Extended Warranty If the Quote includes an extended warranty, the extended warranty coverage period warranty will be for a 5-year term, which includes the hardware manufacturer’s warranty plus the 4-year extended term.

  • Hardware Warranty A. RISK OF LOSS If you purchase any of the hardware Products directly from us, risk of loss or damage to hardware, will pass to you and acceptance will occur upon delivery to your “ship to” address or, if special shipping arrangements are agreed to, upon delivery to your carrier or designee. Title to hardware Products will pass from HPE to you upon full payment for or delivery of the Products, whichever is later. You agree to properly insure the Products for the benefit of HPE between the time risk of loss and damage pass and the time title passes.

  • Equipment and Software Requirements In order to view and retain electronic communications that we make available to you, you must have: • A PC or other device with an Internet browser that has “cookies” enabled and supports 128 bit encryption • An Internet connection • An email address • A PDF viewer (such as Adobe Reader) • A printer or computer with sufficient electronic storage space All communications shall be delivered to the last address we have on file for you. These notices will be sent through electronic delivery (email) and will be considered delivered the same day as sent. If you have opted out of electronic delivery, communications sent to you through the United States Postal Service are considered delivered 5 business days after the postmark date. It is your responsibility to notify the Custodian of any email address change or residential address change. We will not be held liable for any losses or damages if you have not provided Custodian with the most current address information. The electronically signed copy of this document should be considered equivalent to a printed hard copy form. It is considered a true and complete record of the document, admissible in arbitration and/or administrative hearings or proceedings. Your electronic signature on the Application and other electronic forms such as the Investment Direction are considered valid and the same as if the paper form or Application were signed.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.

  • Software Warranty We warrant that the Tyler Software will perform without Defects during the term of this Agreement. If the Tyler Software does not perform as warranted, we will use all reasonable efforts, consistent with industry standards, to cure the Defect in accordance with the maintenance and support process set forth in Section C(9), below, the SLA and our then current Support Call Process.

  • Warranty Work Failure by the Contractor to take corrective action within twenty four (24) hours after personal or telephonic notice by the County's OC Public Works on items affecting essential use of the facility, safety or the preservation of property, and within ten (10) calendar days following written notice on other deficiencies, will result in the County taking whatever corrective action it deems necessary. All costs resulting from such action by the County will be claimed against Contractor or, if necessary, the Contractor's Performance Bond.

  • Software Warranties In addition to, and without limiting the warranties set forth in Section 5 (Warranties) herein, Seller represents and warrants that: (a) all Software shall conform in all respects to all applicable documentation; and

  • Product Warranty for Software Deliverables During the Project warranty period, defects in the materials or workmanship of the Software Deliverables specified and furnished by or through Contractor shall be repaired or replaced by Contractor at no cost or expense to the Authorized User. Contractor shall extend the Project warranty period by the cumulative period(s) of time, after notification, during which the Software Deliverables require servicing or replacement (down time) or is in the possession of the Contractor, its agents, officers, Subcontractors, distributors, resellers or employees . The Commissioner agrees that Contractor is not responsible for any modification of the Software Deliverables made by an Authorized User without Contractor’s approval.

  • Product Warranty Seller provides general warranties of fitness and general warranties that the goods are free from defects, for 1 year from acceptance of the goods, except as may otherwise be set forth in the Description/Proposal, or other attached warranty.

  • Product Warranty Claims When we receive a valid warranty claim for an HP hardware or software product, HP will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If HP is unable to complete the repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, Customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to HP (if hardware) or upon written confirmation by Customer that the relevant software product has been destroyed or permanently disabled. HP will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to Customer and Customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to HP.
