Phase 2 Works definition

Phase 2 Works means the Water Infrastructure works required to complete the construction and installation of the Water Treatment Facility at the Permanent Water Facility Site, including construction of the new permanent reservoir and all other works and infrastructure needed to convey water from Xxxxxxx Lake to the Permanent Water Facility Site and from the Permanent Water Facility Site to UBID's water main as part of the Water Infrastructure, as such works may be constructed or installed in stages;
Phase 2 Works means the second phase of the Works and the Project Deliverables during the Works;
Phase 2 Works means the works conducted by the Landlord in respect of the interior design, installation and fit out of single floor data centres on level 6 (unless otherwise designated by the Tenant in accordance with Clause 3A.2) of the Facility with supporting facilities on the roof and level 1 of the Facility, as set out in more detail in Appendix 3;

Examples of Phase 2 Works in a sentence

  • The Subdivider shall undertake the Phase 2 Works necessary, in the opinion of the Municipal Engineer, to provide a sanitary sewer system, including private service connections to each lot as shown on the Phase 2 Plan, generally as proposed on the General Servicing Plan and specifically as required by the Municipal Engineer, all in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the Municipal Engineer and the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change.

  • The Subdivider shall, as soon as practicable, submit for the approval of the Municipal Engineer, detailed engineering plans for, specifications for, contracts in respect of and an estimate of the scheduling and of the cost of the Phase 2 Works, with the Subdivider’s Engineer’s professional stamp affixed thereto.

  • Upon the Municipal Engineer satisfactorily confirming completion of all of the Phase 2 Works and of all utilities to be constructed and installed as required by paragraph 31, the Municipal Engineer shall issue a Certificate of Provisional Acceptance with respect to the Phase 2 Works whereupon the Warranty Period, as hereinafter defined, shall commence.

  • To facilitate registration of this Agreement on title to the Land, a photo reduced copy of the General Servicing Plan for Phase 2 Works is attached hereto as Schedule “H”; the full-scale original of the General Servicing Plan for Phase 2 Works is maintained by the Township.

  • On May 9, 2012, Namalco and EMBD entered into the PM Supplementary Agreement, which superseded the original Petit Morne Contract and included both the PM Phase 2 Works and the PM Phase 2A Works.


More Definitions of Phase 2 Works

Phase 2 Works means the design, development, construction, completion, commissioning (but not the works subject to the Decant and Commissioning Programme) and testing of the Phase 2 Areas at the Site and works required as the result of any Variation to the Phase 2 Areas during the Phase 2 Design and Construct Phase (including the physical assets resulting from the same).

Related to Phase 2 Works

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.
