HCA/CLIENT INCOMPATIBILITY. HCAs, clients, or supervisors shall have the right to request that an HCA be reassigned due to perceived HCA/client incompatibility. HCAs and supervisors shall meet to discuss the perceived incompatibility and if the situation cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties, the HCA shall be reassigned from that client. Reassignment will be based on available hours. By mutual agreement of the HCA and supervisor, HCA hours which could be reduced due to such reassignment shall be considered reduced through no fault of the HCA.

By mutual agreement of the employee and supervisor, employee hours which could be reduced due to such reassignment shall be considered reduced through no fault of the employee. An employee whose hours are reduced due to reassignment, may request to work with different CCS offices in order to work more hours if desired and if hours are available in other CCS offices.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.   • Malware Seller shall (consistent with the following sentence) ensure that no malware or similar items are coded or introduced into any aspect of the Facility, Interconnection Facilities, the Company Systems interfacing with the Facility and Interconnection Facilities, and any of Seller's critical control systems or processes used by Seller to provide energy, including the information, data and other materials delivered by or on behalf of Seller to Company, (collectively, the "Environment"). Seller will continue to review, analyze and implement improvements to and upgrades of its Malware prevention and correction programs and processes that are commercially reasonable and consistent with the then current technology industry's standards and, in any case, not less robust than the programs and processes implemented by Seller with respect to its own information systems. If Malware is found to have been introduced into the Environment, Seller will promptly notify Company and Seller shall take immediate action to eliminate and remediate the effects of the Malware, at Seller's expense. Seller shall not modify or otherwise take corrective action with respect to the Company Systems except at Company's request. Seller will promptly report to Company the nature and status of all Malware elimination and remediation efforts.

  • Anti-­‐Abuse Registry Operator may suspend, delete or otherwise make changes to domain names in compliance with its anti-­‐abuse policy.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Contractor represents and warrants that it shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988 (41 U.S.C. §701 et seq.) and maintain a drug-free work environment.

  • Access to Protected Health Information 7.1 To the extent Covered Entity determines that Protected Health Information is maintained by Business Associate or its agents or Subcontractors in a Designated Record Set, Business Associate shall, within two (2) business days after receipt of a request from Covered Entity, make the Protected Health Information specified by Covered Entity available to the Individual(s) identified by Covered Entity as being entitled to access and shall provide such Individuals(s) or other person(s) designated by Covered Entity with a copy the specified Protected Health Information, in order for Covered Entity to meet the requirements of 45 C.F.R. § 164.524.

Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.
