Common use of HEALTH AND FITNESS Clause in Contracts

HEALTH AND FITNESS. 8.2.1 To ensure that an Employee is medically fit to carry out duties in a satisfactory and safe manner the Employee will, if required, undergo a medical examination or health assessment as arranged with the Employer’s Occupational Physician for purposes of National Health Assessment for the Rail Industry.
