Health Insurance and Other Plans. Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company’s medical, dental and other employee benefit programs, if any, that are provided by the Company for its employees at Executive’s level in accordance with the provisions of any such plans, as the same may be in effect from time to time.

TCPI will provide for Employee medical insurance and Employee will be entitled to participate in all other benefit plans and receive perquisites on the same basis as other senior executives of TCPI. Such health insurance and other benefit plans and perquisites provided to Employee shall not be reduced from those in existence on May 10, 1999.

The Employee shall be added to any available group health insurance plan for the employees of the Corporation immediately following the applicable period for the addition of a new employee to such insurance plan, if any. Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Corporation's health insurance and other employee benefit and welfare plans and to receive reasonable fringe benefits in accordance with his position as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation as may be determined by the parties hereto from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Corporation shall at all times provide the Employee with disability insurance and life insurance on the Employee's life in an amount not less than $1 million.

If the Company does not have a health insurance plan in place by February 1, 2018 the Executive shall be reimbursed up to $1,300 per month for out of pocket health insurance expenses beginning February 1, 2018.

The Company shall also reimburse the Executive for a term life policy.
