Common use of Health Insurance Plans Clause in Contracts

Health Insurance Plans. ‌‌‌ 33.01 Current practices shall prevail for the duration of this Agreement, except that any changes in medical, dental, hospital and disability plans, including the premium payable by employees, which are applicable to the majority of those employed in the Public Service of Canada for whom Treasury Board is the employer, shall, during the life of this Agreement, be applicable to the employees under this Agreement. 33.02 The Employer shall continue to provide supplemental health insurance for an employee in foreign travel status, or to reimburse the employee for the premiums.
