Common use of Health & Welfare Rate Clause in Contracts

Health & Welfare Rate. The costs of these benefits are deducted from the following Health and Welfare (H&W) Allowance: Current First Full Pay Period After May 18, 2019 First Full Pay Period After May 18, 2020 First Full Pay Period After May 18, 2021 $ 5.40 $ 5.75 $ 6.00 $ 6.25 Contributions will be made on hours paid up to 40 hours per week. Coverage costs in excess of the H&W allowance will be paid by the employee and deducted from bi-weekly paychecks. If the Company-provided benefit costs are less than the H&W amount, the Company pays the difference to the employee.
