Hearing on Suspension, Demotion, or Dismissal of Permanent Classified Employee. 36 The Pre-disciplinary Review and Hearing (Xxxxxx Hearing) is only provided for Disciplinary Actions which 37 constitute five (5) or more days suspension, demotion, or dismissal.
