For example, the Ballen- Brundby district heating plant on Samsø supplies 300 consumers (households, shops, hotels). The role of heat planning is crucial in Denmark, as the following subsection will show.

Heat Supply. District heat is generated either together with electricity at combined heat and power plants (CHP) or solely as heat at heating plants. The temperature of district heating supply water varies depending on the country standards and weather, being for example 65-115° C. The temperature is at its highest in winter and lowest in summer, when heat is only needed for hot service water.
Heat Supply. Every responsible person for any structure who lets one (1) or more dwelling units, lodging units on terms, either expressed or implied, to furnish heat to the occupants thereof, shall supply heat to maintain a temperature of not less than 68°F in all habitable rooms, bathrooms, and toilet rooms when the outside temperature is at or above 0°F and 60°F, when the outside temperature is below 0°F.

Heat Supply. 3.1 The Supplier shall arrange for its Personnel to deliver the Heat Pumps at the Site either on the Delivery Date or at any other time as the parties may reasonably agree. The Supplier shall arrange for its Personnel to complete the installation and commissioning of the Heat Pumps within four weeks of the Delivery Date or such other date as may be agreed by the Parties in writing.

  • Water Supply The system may or may not meet state and local requirements. It is the right and responsibility of Buyer to determine the compliance of the system with state and local requirements.   • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.

  • Third Party Suppliers If Licensee wishes to obtain the Compound, Product and/or Licensed Product from a Third Party source, Licensee shall notify Pfizer through MPP of the intended source prior to making any commitments to purchase the Compound, Product and/or Licensed Product. Pfizer will determine at its sole discretion whether and on what terms to grant a license to the intended source to produce the Compound, Product and/or Licensed Product or inform Licensee whether such license already exists.

  • Power Supply The source of power for the VAS shall either be the vehicle battery or a rechargeable battery. Where provided, an additional rechargeable or non-rechargeable battery may be used. These batteries shall by no means supply energy to other parts of the vehicle electrical system.

  • ARRANGING FOR FIRM ALL-REQUIREMENTS POWER SUPPLY Competitive Supplier shall participate in or make appropriate arrangements with the ISO-NE, any relevant regional transmission organization, wholesale suppliers or any other entity to ensure an uninterrupted flow of reliable, safe, firm, All-Requirements Power Supply to the Local Distributor for delivery to Participating Consumers, and take Commercially Reasonable steps to cooperate with the NEPOOL, the ISO-NE or any other entity to ensure a source of back-up power in the event that the facilities owned or controlled by Competitive Supplier's affiliates or other sources of power supply are unable to generate and/or deliver All-Requirements Power Supply to the Point of Delivery. In the event the Competitive Supplier is unable to deliver sufficient electricity to the grid to serve Participating Consumers, the Competitive Supplier shall utilize such arrangements as may be necessary to continue to serve Participating Consumers under the terms of this ESA, and shall bear any costs it may incur in carrying out these obligations. Competitive Supplier shall not be responsible to the Town or any Participating Consumers in the event the Local Distributor disconnects, curtails or reduces service to Participating Consumers (notwithstanding whether such disconnection is directed by the ISO- NE) in order to facilitate construction, installation, maintenance, repair, replacement or inspection of any of the Local Distributor’s facilities, to maintain the safety and reliability of the Local Distributor’s electrical system, or due to any other reason, including emergencies, forced outages, potential overloading of the Local Distributor’s transmission and/or distribution circuits, Force Majeure or the non-payment of any distribution service costs or other such costs due for services provided by the Local Distributor to a Participating Consumer.

  • PRODUCT SUPPORT a. In the event that any goods delivered under this contract become defective or malfunction for any reason and at any time (even after the applicable warranty period has expired), including while “in-orbit” if integrated into a satellite, Seller shall promptly perform a failure verification or analysis and determine the appropriate corrective action at no additional cost to Buyer. Seller shall take the appropriate measures to correct all defects, determined to be Seller's responsibility, in all applicable documentation, undelivered goods, and delivered un-launched goods, as required by Buyer.

  • Equipment Supplies and Property The Grantee shall have a property management system that meets federal requirements as stated by this Contract and WIC program policy. Items to be used for the originally authorized purpose as long as needed for that purpose, during which time the Grantee not dispose of or encumber its title or other interests. Grantee will not encumber equipment purchased with System Agency funds without prior written approval from the System Agency.

  • Bidder Supplied Samples The Commissioner reserves the right to request from the Bidder/Contractor a representative sample(s) of the Product offered at any time prior to or after award of a contract. Unless otherwise instructed, samples shall be furnished within the time specified in the request. Untimely submission of a sample may constitute grounds for rejection of Bid or cancellation of the Contract. Samples must be submitted free of charge and be accompanied by the Bidder’s name and address, any descriptive literature relating to the Product and a statement indicating how and where the sample is to be returned. Where applicable, samples must be properly labeled with the appropriate Bid or Contract reference. A sample may be held by the Commissioner during the entire term of the Contract and for a reasonable period thereafter for comparison with deliveries. At the conclusion of the holding period the sample, where feasible, will be returned as instructed by the Bidder, at the Bidder’s expense and risk. Where the Bidder has failed to fully instruct the Commissioner as to the return of the sample (i.e., mode and place of return, etc.) or refuses to bear the cost of its return, the sample shall become the sole property of the receiving entity at the conclusion of the holding period.

  • All new supplies equipment and services shall include manufacturer's minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Vendor shall be legally permitted to sell all products offered for sale to TIPS Members. All goods proposed and sold shall be new unless clearly stated in writing. Customer Support The Vendor shall provide timely and accurate customer support for orders to TIPS Members as agreed by the Parties. Vendors shall respond to such requests within a commercially reasonable time after receipt of the request. If support andƒor training is a line item sold or packaged with a sale, support shall be as agreed with the TIPS Member. Agreements Agreements for purchase will normally be put into effect by means of a purchase order(s) executed by authorized agents of the TIPS Member participating government entities, but other means of placing an order may be used at the Member’s discretion. Tax exempt status Most TIPS Members are tax exempt and the related laws andƒor regulations of the controlling jurisdiction(s) of the TIPS Member shall apply. Assignments of Agreements No assignment of Agreement may be made without the prior notification of TIPS. Written approval of TIPS shall not be unreasonably withheld. Payment for delivered goods and services can only be made to the awarded Vendor, Vendor designated reseller or vendor assigned company.

  • TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.
