  • The Principal Paying Agent shall obtain verification, in the case of an allegedly lost, stolen or destroyed Security, Coupon or Talon in respect of which the serial number is known, that the Security, Coupon or Talon has not previously been redeemed, paid or exchanged, as the case may be. The Principal Paying Agent shall not issue a replacement Security, Coupon or Talon unless and until the applicant has:

  • CHECK-OFF UNION DUES 5.1 The Corporation shall, subject to the conditions and exceptions set forth hereunder, deduct on the payroll for the first pay period of each month from wages due and payable to each employee coming within the scope of this Collective Agreement, an amount equal to the prevailing monthly dues of the Union and shall remit the same by cheque (accompanied by a statement of deductions from individuals) to the Union Local Secretary- Treasurer, not later than twenty (20) days following the pay period in which the deductions are made.

  • INDEPENDENT PRINCIPAL Concessionaire’s status shall be that of an independent principal and not as an agent or employee of Department.

  • Principal It is acting as principal and not as agent when entering into this Agreement and each Transaction.

  • Payments of Interest and Principal (a) The Issuer will cause interest to be paid on each Interest Payment Date and principal to be paid on the Expected Maturity Date; provided, however, that it shall not be an Event of Default if principal is not paid in full on such Expected Maturity Date unless funds for such payment have been allocated in accordance with Section 3.01 of the Indenture Supplement; and provided, further, that if a Class C(2020-5) Adverse Event has occurred and is continuing, principal will instead be payable in monthly installments on each Principal Payment Date for the Class C(2020-5) Notes in accordance with Sections 3.01 and 3.05 of the Indenture Supplement.   • CHECK-OFF OF UNION DUES (a) The Employer shall, as a condition of employment, deduct from the wages or salary of each employee in the bargaining unit, whether or not the employee is a member of the Union, the amount of the regular dues payable to the Union by a member of the Union.

  • School Nurses The salary of a nurse with a graduate nursing degree will be 90% of the XX Xxxx of Schedule A. The salary of a nurse with a BS Nursing Degree will be the same as the XX Xxxx of Schedule A.

  • Commitments of the Principal (1) The Principal commits itself to take all measures necessary to prevent corruption and to observe the following principles:

  • Bilingual Premium The appointing authority may require a qualified employee to perform bilingual duties in positions which have been identified and designated as requiring such bilingual skills. In order to ensure an adequate level of bilingual proficiency, the Director, Department of Human Resources may require periodic evaluation of incumbents receiving bilingual premium.

  • First Aid Premium First Aid Premiums shall apply when an employee is assigned by the Employer to be a First Aid Attendant on a job site and shall be paid as follows: Level II - $1.00 per hour. Level III - $2.00 per hour.
