2016-2017 School Year. 11.2.3.1 Effective July 1, 2016, the salary schedules and daily and hourly rates in Appendix B (except B11 summer school) shall be adjusted to reflect a two and three-quarter percent (2.75%) increase.
2016-2017 School Year. A. In the school year 2016-2017 all bargaining unit employees will receive a wage increase of 1% (one percent) above their current salary. Bargaining unit employees will receive their raises and retroactive pay following their ratification vote and the School Board approval. Retroactivity will be back to July 1, 2016 or to the beginning of the employee’s regular 2016-2017 contract year whichever is applicable.
2016-2017 School Year. 1. For the 2016-2017 school year and effective July 1, 2016, the District shall increase the 2015-2016 SEIU salary schedule by Two Percent (2%). (Note: This 2% increase does not apply to longevity and/ or to any other compensation included in the parties’ collective bargaining agreement.)
2016-2017 School Year. Each unit member shall receive a two and nine tenths percent (2.90%) wage increase in salary above his/her 2015-2016 base salary for 2016-2017 school year. In addition the parties agree to a salary adjustment factor in an amount of money equal to one and one tenth percent (1.10%) of the 2015-2016 base salary total in order to address a lack of comparability as compared to other teachers in the region. This salary adjustment has been distributed in a mutually agreeable manner and the mutually agreed upon salary profile document on file with both parties.
2016-2017 School Year. 3.75 % total new money inclusive of all increases except for the WWEA parity adjustments below. Teachers who are off-step or top-step will receive a minimum $500 above what they got the previous year; however, any future increases for these off-step and top-step teachers will only occur if so negotiated in a future agreement. The salary schedule will stay the same for both HEA and WWEA teachers.
2016-2017 School Year. 8 The District shall provide a 3.5% on-going on-schedule salary increase effective July 1, 2016. 9 12.1.3
2016-2017 School Year. Base Pay Compensation Plan Contribution – ECS shall contribute $1,128,635 into the base pay compensation plan during the 2016-2017 school year. Teachers who receive an annual rating of Ineffective or Improvement Necessary shall not be eligible for increases resulting from this contribution. Budget Transparency Commitment – Should the 2016 year end General Fund cash balance exceed 3.7 million dollars, ECS will contribute a pro-rata portion of the sum exceeding 3.7 million dollars to employees HSA’s, or VEBA’s for those employees not on the ECS insurance plan, during the month of March 2017. An increase in the bargaining unit member’s base salary will be based upon the bargaining unit member’s accumulation of compensation units as follows: Measure Compensation Units Annual Rating as Effective or Highly Effective 67 Attainment of Masters Degree or Higher1/Teaching Dual Credit 33
2016-2017 School Year. We the undersigned, being the parents or guardians of: ___________________________________________________________________, have enrolled my (our) child/ren in the _________ grade/s of St. Xxxx Xxxxxxx Regional School, Palmerton-Slatington, PA. We recognize that we have an obligation to pay tuition, fundraise, scrip. Tuition payments will be paid according to my/our selected plan as set out by SJNRS authorities. We agree, if at any time, we are unable to meet the terms of this agreement and cannot remain current with our payments, we will immediately make an appointment with the pastor and/or principal to discuss our financial status and abide by their decision regarding our circumstances.
2016-2017 School Year. Effective July 1, 2016, the salary schedules (Appendix A and E) shall be adjust to reflect a two and three-quarters percent (2.75%) increase. Effective January 1, 2017, the salary schedules (Appendix A and E) shall be adjusted to reflect an additional two and one-quarter percent (2.25%) increase.
2016-2017 School Year. 21.1.2.1 The salary schedule attached as Appendix A1 is effective July 1, 2016
