2018-2019 School Year. 13.1.2.1 Effective July 1, 2018, the salary schedules and hourly rates in Appendix C shall be adjusted to reflect a four percent (4%) increase.
13.1.2.2 If total unrestricted general fund revenues for the 2018-2019 school year, as stated in the 2018-2019 Unaudited Actual Report, exceed the amount stated for the 2018-2019 school year in the multiyear projection contained in the 2017-2018 adopted budget, the parties shall meet and confer to adjust the salary agreement if both parties agree that sufficient funds are available. 11.2.2.2 For Summer School, the foregoing increases shall take effect beginning with the first teacher workday of the summer session in 2019.

2018-2019 School Year. 2% increase on the base salary with all appropriate step and column movement. *For the 2018-2019 contracted school year, a one-time, lump sum payment of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750) will be paid to each full-time member. Part-time members will receive a pro-rated amount. This signing bonus is not added to the base salary. ORC 5705.412 requires that the Board Treasurer, Superintendent and the President of the Board certify that adequate revenues will be available to maintain all personnel and programs for the current school year and for the number of days in the succeeding fiscal years. The Board Treasurer will semiannually file with the Ohio Department of Education Five-Year Forecasts by May 31 and October 31. New staff, with fewer than ten (10) years of experience, hired during the life of this contract will be placed on the salary schedule at their years of experience level. New staff hired, having ten (10) or more years of experience, will be placed at Step 10.
2018-2019 School Year. At Faith Heritage School, we believe that it is important for children to learn in a fun, supportive environment with trained teachers who genuinely love to teach and interact with young children. The FHS Preschool program provides an exciting, nurturing, hands-on environment where both self-directed and teacher-directed activities take place. In accordance with our mission (see below), the Faith Heritage Preschool Program assists parents with their God-given responsibility to rear and educate their children. Our Preschool Program allows children to prepare for their elementary school years in a learning environment where Xxxxxxxxx values are taught and upheld. We believe that readiness in learning is important. Readiness is assessed in the cognitive, social, emotional and physical domains. Ultimately we pray that children will develop a love for God and a hunger for His Word as they learn about His world! Student must be 4 years old by December 1st for the Preschool program.
2018-2019 School Year. 21.1.2.1 The salary schedule attached as Appendix A2 is effective July 1, 2018.
21.1.2.2 The salary schedule for Counselors attached as Appendix B1 is effective July 1, 2018.

2018-2019 School Year. If the audited fund balance for the 2017-2018 school year is greater than 11%, a step for all eligible employees will be given for the 2018-2019 school year.

All bargaining unit employees who were at steps 1 through 9.5 in the prior year and are eligible for a wage step increase on the Wage Schedule (Appendix A) shall receive that wage step increase. In addition, for the 2018-2019 school year, all bargaining unit employees who are eligible for a category (column) advancement on the Wage Schedule (Appendix A) shall receive that column advancement.
