Common use of Higher Duties Payment Clause in Contracts

Higher Duties Payment. An employee who is called upon to perform work at a level above their current classified level for a period of more than two days, shall be paid at the minimum rate prescribed for that higher level for the whole period involved on such higher level duties.

Higher Duties Payment. An employee who is called upon to perform work at a level above their current classified level for a period of more than two daysone (1) full day or more, shall be paid at the minimum agreement rate prescribed for that higher level for the whole period involved on such higher level duties.
