WAGES AND WAGE RELATED MATTERS. ‌ (a) The hourly Base Rates of Pay applicable to the classifications are set out in Schedule 1 and 2 of this Agreement and will be paid for all Ordinary Hours of Work. (b) Except as expressly provided for in this Agreement, Your Base Rate of Pay is paid for all hours worked by You and any benefits payable to You under this Agreement will be calculated on this rate. (c) Except as expressly provided for in this Agreement, the wages set out in this clause 10 compensate for all allowances, penalty rates, annual leave loading and other loadings to which the Employee would otherwise be entitled under the Awards or any other agreement or industrial instrument. (d) Allowances, penalties and loadings specified in the Agreement will apply to the Base Rate of Pay under Schedule 1 or 2, whichever is applicable to You. (e) The Base Rates of Pay provided under Schedules 1 and 2 will apply as set out in clause 5.1. Subject to the Agreement being approved by the Fair Work Commission. (f) Your wages will be paid by way of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the bank account nominated by You. (g) Payment will be made weekly or fortnightly at the discretion of Greyhound. However, where there is an intention to change the frequency of payments from weekly to fortnightly, You will be provided with no less than eight (8) weeks’ notice of the change. (h) Recovering wage overpayments (i) In the event of an overpayment of wages for any reason, to the extent permitted by law, Greyhound may deduct the overpayment from Your future entitlements. (ii) You will be consulted prior to any deduction being made and where possible, an agreement will be reached on a repayment schedule. (iii) If an agreement cannot be reached, the repayment schedule will be set by Greyhound, which will not reduce Your net take home pay by more than 15%. (iv) If You cease employment with Greyhound, any remaining overpayment may be deducted from Your final pay (including any leave entitlements), irrespective of the percentage impact on Your take home pay. (i) Driver Commission (i) Drivers are entitled to a Commission calculated with reference to ticket transactions. (ii) The Commission will be reconciled and paid monthly to a driver, with a statement of ticket transactions. (iii) In the event of a dispute, the driver must complete the Commission Dispute Form and lodge with Greyhound no more than 30 days after payment has been made.

WAGES AND WAGE RELATED MATTERS. ‌ 5.1 Classification Structure‌ The classification structures for employees are attached as Schedules 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. 5.1.1 For the purpose of determining the rate of wages payable by reference to the Level or pay point of any employee, an employee shall be given credit for all previous continuous relevant service, provided that evidence of such service is provided within 4 weeks of engagement. 5.1.2 At the time of engagement, for the purpose of determining the rate of wages payable, an employee will be informed of that requirement to provide evidence of previous continuous service within 4 weeks, which could include verification in writing by a third party such as a previous employer. 5.1.3 Sundale will interpret and apply the terms ‘previous continuous relevant service’ and ‘previous continuous service’ in clauses 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 respectively, as not limited to service with Xxxxxxx. 5.1.4 In the case of EN’s and RN’s, previous service includes time spent as a nursing employee in obtaining additional nursing qualifications other than the Diploma ( EN ) or undergraduate nursing degree ( RN ). 5.1.5 Subject to provision of proof of previous experience that would satisfy a reasonable person in accordance with sub-clause 5.1.1, Sundale will adjust any necessary payments back to the date of commencement. 5.1.6 On termination of employment each employee on request will be given a certificate signed and dated by Xxxxxxx setting out the duration of employment, position, details of any advancement (or reversal of advancement) and in the instance of part-time and casual employees, the total hours worked.
