Common use of Hiring Hall Clause in Contracts

Hiring Hall. 2.01 The Union shall maintain a hiring hall to solicit qualified applicants, both Union and non-Union, in order to fill necessary requisitions for employees. The Employer agrees to use the services of such hiring hall and will call upon the Union to furnish qualified employees required in the classifications herein mentioned, subject to the following terms and conditions.
