Holiday and Overtime Pay. A. Overtime shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1.5) times the regular rate of pay on Saturdays, Sundays and the following Holidays: New Year's Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day - NO WORK Veteran's Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day When one of the Holidays listed above falls on a Sunday, same shall be observed on the following Monday.
