Holiday Coinciding with Sick Leave or Other Paid Leave. Where a day that is a paid holiday as defined in Article 14.01 falls within a period of paid sick leave or other leave with pay, the holiday shall not count as a day of paid sick leave or other leave with pay.

Holiday Coinciding with Sick Leave or Other Paid Leave. Where a day that is a paid holiday as defined in Article 14.01 15.01 falls within a period of paid sick leave or other leave with pay, the holiday shall not count as a day of paid sick leave or other leave with pay. This provision shall not apply to an employee who has been on more than thirty (30) paid sick leave days when the holiday arises.
