Holiday Falling on Saturday or Sunday. When any of the paid holidays fall on a Saturday or a Sunday and is not declared or proclaimed as being observed on some other day, the day or days immediately preceding or following the paid holiday(s) shall be deemed by the Employer after consultation with the SEA to be paid holidays.
