Full-time Time Employees: FullEach full-time employees are employee is entitled to observe a holiday (eight (8) 8 hours offoff work), without a reduction in pay, pay whenever a holiday is observed by the County. When a full-time employee is scheduled to work less than eight (8) hours on a holiday and the employee observes the holiday, the employee is also entitled to receive flexible pay at the rate of one (1.0) times his/her base rate of pay (not including differentials) for the difference between eight (8) hours and the hours the employee was scheduled to work on the holiday.
