Holiday Occurring on a Scheduled Day Off. Except for holidays occurring on a Saturday or Sunday, if a holiday falls on an employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee will receive the equivalent of one-tenth (1/10th) the number of regularly scheduled hours in the employee's biweekly pay period. Sunday holidays will be observed on Monday. Saturday holidays will be observed on Friday.
