Holiday – Returns. When a holiday occurs on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, employees on temporary duty overnight may elect to remain at the temporary workstation and receive per diem. If the employee elects to return home for the holiday, travel to and from will be work time not to exceed two (2) hours outside a single work shift. In this event, the Employer will provide transportation.
