Holidays and Sick Leave. The Employee shall be entitled to all holidays that are prescribed by the Company's policies and practices. The Employee shall be entitled to six (6) days paid sick leave per year (pro rated if the Employee serves for less than the full calendar year). Unused sick leave days may not be carried over to the following calendar year or years.
