Holidays and Sick Leave. In addition to his vacation time, Executive shall be entitled without loss of compensation to those holidays to which employees of the Company are entitled under the personnel policies of the Company. Sick leave shall be accumulated for Executive in accordance with the personnel policies of the Company.
