Holidays Falling During Leave or Time Off. 20.1 Leave With Pay: Where a holiday falls during a period of annual leave, sick leave with pay, or special leave with pay, an Employee is entitled to that holiday, which is not to be debited against such leave. (a) This provision does not apply to a holiday falling during annual or retiring leave taken after the Employee has ceased to work prior to leaving the service, unless the Employee has worked at any time during the fortnight ending on the day on which the holiday is observed.
