Common use of Home Care Hours of Work Clause in Contracts

Home Care Hours of Work. The parties recognize the uniqueness of the Home Care program and recognize the need for guaranteed hours of work. Unless stated otherwise, all articles of the Collective Agreement will apply. Notwithstanding Article 11.01 b), in order to maximize hours for OTFT Employees who work in Home Care, they may be required to work irregular hours within the following restrictions:

Notwithstanding Article 11.01 b), in order to maximize hours for OTFT Employees who work in Home Care, they may be required to work irregular hours within the following restrictions:: an Employee may work up to twelve (12) hours per day; an Employee s hours of work shall be confined to a twelve (12) hour period beginning with the first hour worked.
