Home-Union Committee. (a) There shall be a Home-Union Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the Employer, one of whom shall be the Director of Care or her/his designate and two (2) representatives of the Union, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or her/his designate. The membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual consent.
