Honouring of Picket Lines. Contractors’ employees shall honour all legal picket lines at the mill site. Failure to do so shall result in disqualification from future access to the mill site for the term of the contact. A contractor will not be allowed on the mill site if it has a current, demonstrated practice of crossing legal picket lines. The Company will honour the commitments made in this letter for the duration of the Collective Agreement and will ensure that a copy of this letter is provided to any contractor participating in the contract bidding process. To support the business needs of the operation, the Company may alter the start time of an employee from their regular shift start/stop time by up to 2 hours for the following reasons:
