Hospital Daily Benefit. Reimbursement of expenses incurred by an Insured Person while admitted as an in-patient at a Hospital for treatment required by a Medical Practitioner as a result of Bodily Injury caused by an Accident during the Period of Insurance while the Insured Person is actively engaged in a competitive game in connection with the Business and within the Geographical Limits. The most the Insurer will pay to any one Insured Person in respect of this extension is GBP 25 per twenty four (24) hour period up to a maximum of twenty five (25) twenty four (24) hour periods . The Insurer shall not be liable to pay any amount for the first forty eight (48) hours of admission.

Hospital Daily Benefit. The Company shall indemnify the Participant or any person as may be selected by the Participant’s legal personal representative(s) in respect of hospitalization consequent upon the Participant falling ill or sustaining Bodily Injury in the course of the Covered Trip. The Company’s liability shall be in accordance with the Sum covered specified in the Takaful Membership Certificate a. No liability is admissible if the period of hospitalization is less than 24 hours. However if the period of hospitalisation is more than 24 hours then the Participant is eligible for a compensation including the first 24 hours of hospitalisation. b. The Participant suffering from sickness or disease not directly resulting from Accident, Bodily Injury or Illness.

  • Death Benefit Should Employee die during the term of employment, the Company shall pay to Employee's estate any compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred.

  • Dental Benefits The County offers dental and orthodontic benefits to full and part-time regular employees and their eligible dependent(s). Benefit provisions, co­ payments and deductibles are outlined in the Evidence of Coverage. The employee contribution is $13 per pay period ($28.26 per month).   • Survivor Benefit Upon the death of a regular employee who leaves a spouse and/or dependants enrolled in the Medical Services Plan, Dental Plan and Extended Health Benefit Plan, such enrolment may continue for twelve (12) months following the employee’s death, provided the enrolled family members pay the employee’s share of the cost of the premium for the plans. The Employer shall advise the survivor of this benefit.
