The Hospital Seniority clause establishes the order of precedence or ranking among hospital staff, typically based on factors such as length of service, qualifications, or position. In practice, this clause may determine which staff members have priority for promotions, shift assignments, or decision-making authority during emergencies. Hospital Seniority. An employee’s continuous length of service with the Employer from the most recent date of hire.
Hospital Seniority. The seniority of an employee will be established back to the first date of continuous employment, when an employee has completed his/her probationary period.
