HOST COMMUNITY FEE. 7.1 Upon the approval of this Agreement by the Treasury Board, Canada's signature of the Agreement and the appropriation of funds by the Parliament of Canada for the purposes set out below, Canada agrees, in order that the Municipalities will be enabled to address, as they see fit impacts of the presence of long-term waste management Facilities within their communities, to make the following payments:

HOST COMMUNITY FEE. (1) Commencing upon the Grand Opening Date of LEGOLAND New York, and for each year that LEGOLAND New York is in operation, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in this Agreement, Merlin Entertainments shall pay the Town, in addition to all other monies as noted in “Recital 5” above, a yearly fee (the “Host Community Fee”) for each visitor to LEGOLAND New York in the amount $0.65 per visitor for each visit up to and including 2,000,000 visits, and $0.20 per visitor for each visit in excess of 2,000,000 visits (the “Host Community Fee Rate”) in any given year.
HOST COMMUNITY FEE. (a) Waste Management acknowledges and agrees, that for so long as the Landfill is operational under the terms of this Agreement, it shall pay to City a “Host Community Fee” of $3.35 per metric tonne on all Eligible Waste disposed of in the expanded active Landfill, specifically within the Landfill Cells, save for Eligible Waste disposed of by, or at the request of the City, and for any Eligible Waste that can be used as daily cover (“Eligible Waste Daily Cover”).
HOST COMMUNITY FEE. (Part 2). Newport Grand shall pay monthly to the City of Newport a fee equal to 1% of all sums contributed to mutuel pools for simulcast xxxxxx; AND 2% of all gross revenue on slot machines, AND 5% of all gross revenue on table games.   • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property.   • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • SECTION 109 OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. No person in the United States shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity funded in whole or in part with funds made available under this title. Section 109 further provides that discrimination on the basis of age under the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 or with respect to an otherwise qualified handicapped individual as provided in Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, is prohibited.
