Hosted Service Revisions. Entrust may modify Hosted Service features and functionality at any time. Additionally, Entrust may add, reduce, eliminate or revise service levels at any time where a third-party service level agreement applicable to a Hosted Service has been changed. Where any such change will cause a material detrimental impact on Customer, Entrust will take commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customer sixty (60) days prior written notice (email or posting notice on Entrust’s website constitutes written notice).

Hosted Service Revisions. Entrust may modify Hosted Service features and functionality at any time. Where any such change will cause a material detrimental impact on Customer, Entrust will take commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customer sixty (60) days prior written notice (email or posting notice on Entrust’s website constitutes written notice). In the event that an Entrust change has a material detrimental impact on the Hosted Service that Customer has purchased, Customer may elect to terminate the affected Hosted Service and Customer shall be entitled to a pro rata refund for any fees pre-paid by Customer for the portion of the affected Hosted Service not yet provided or delivered by Entrust as of the date of termination.

  • Hosted Services We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Hosted Services you have purchased available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime under our direct control (of which we shall give at least 8 hours notice via the Hosted Services and which we shall schedule to the extent practicable during the weekend hours from 6:00 p.m. Pacific time Friday to 3:00 a.m. Pacific time Monday), (b) to the extent we are notified by third party service providers of planned downtime (of which we shall provide such notice to you via the Hosted services as soon we can reasonably do so), or (c) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, internet service or third party hosting provider failures or delays ("Force Majeure"). Hosted Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.

  • Service Updates Our Services may automatica ly download and insta l updates to your computer system from time to time and you hereby permit and consent to same. Updates are genera ly developed to improve our Services, including by providing enhanced functionality, bug fixes, and new software.

  • Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Due to rules administered by the local Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”), all details of any transaction that are procured by the Agency may be used for publication in the MLS. Seller hereby consents to such publication on an unrestricted basis whereas the Agency must comply with all applicable MLS rules to allow data about the Property to be shown and made available by the MLS in addition to other internet websites. MLS rules generally provide that any property entered into its database be updated within forty-eight (48) hours, or some other period of time, after all necessary signatures have been obtained in regard to the Property. Seller has the right to prohibit any and all publication of information in regard to a transfer of the Property. In order to exercise this right, the Seller is required to authorize a separate addendum provided by the Agency and attach to this Agreement.

  • Voice Information Service Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment.

  • SPECIALIZED SERVICE REQUIREMENTS In the event that the Participating Entity requires service or specialized performance requirements not addressed in this Contract (such as e- commerce specifications, specialized delivery requirements, or other specifications and requirements), the Participating Entity and the Supplier may enter into a separate, standalone agreement, apart from this Contract. Sourcewell, including its agents and employees, will not be made a party to a claim for breach of such agreement.

  • Service Reports GRANTEE shall submit service delivery reports, programmatic performance reports and other reports to the extent requested by OAG, in a format and on a timely basis, as established by the OAG. XXXXXXX will submit other reports as requested by the OAG.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing CSTC traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to CSTC, the subtending arrangements between CSTC Tandem Switches and CSTC End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that CSTC maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
