Hosting of the Website i) Real Savvy will provide the infrastructure and network capacity and availability to host the Website. Other than scheduled maintenance, the Website will be available via web access 99.9% of the time. Real Savvy will advise Client in advance of scheduled maintenance windows, and will use reasonable efforts to schedule such downtime during non-business hours. ii) Real Savvy will implement and maintain current industry standard measures to protect the security of the Website. Real Savvy will promptly notify Client of any unauthorized intrusion or access to the equipment, networks, or software supporting the Website that affects or compromises or is likely to have compromised the security or performance of the Website or any Client data or content included therein. Real Savvy will maintain regular backups of the Website.

Hosting of the Website. Maptech will host the Website on its own server, or will cause the Website to be hosted by a third party at Maptech's sole cost and expense. In either case, Maptech will cause the Website to be accessible solely from websites under the control of USPS, pursuant to such links as USPS and Maptech shall mutually approve.
Hosting of the Website. 1. Provide and maintain all required hardware and software to run the site through a Tier-I service provider. 2. Maintain servers and software with all required security patches and software updates. 3. Maintain backup copies of data onsite and offsite. 4. Typical hardware failures will not result in interruption to service. 8. Expected annual downtime is approximately four hours, or 99.95% uptime. 9. Regular and ongoing system maintenance. 10. Update code base as required to maintain full functionality of the website. 11. Respond to issues concerning access to, or functionality of, the website.

  • Posting of Seniority List The Administration shall post the seniority list twice annually by October 1 and March 1 of each work year.
