(a) Hour-Rated Employees: The rate of pay for employees that are normally paid by the hour shall be calculated by dividing the monthly salary by one hundred fifty-two point two five (152.25). The daily rate shall be determined by multiplying the number of regularly scheduled hours in the employee's daily shift by the hourly rate.
