Hourly Rate Schedule. Compensation for services paid under this Agreement shall be made based on an hourly basis reimbursement for actual costs based on Actual Hourly Rates* listed in Attachment B and a negotiated fixed fee. Items eligible for hourly basis reimbursement compensation may include the actual payroll cost of labor on an hourly basis and the general and administrative overhead and burden, including but not limited to payroll related taxes, insurance and fringe benefits. General and administrative overhead and burden as well as negotiated fixed fee will be in accordance with Attachment B, which is made a part of this Agreement.
