Subject to the following conditions, shift workers shall work at such times as Programmed may require: A shift shall consist of not more than eight hours, inclusive of crib time, provided that by mutual agreement between Programmed and an employee or majority of employees concerned a shift can consist of up to twelve (12) hours.
