A Regular Hours Guest is anyone who is present in a residence hall or in a room/suite in which they have not been assigned to live between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 pm (EST) on weeknights (Sunday-Thursday) and 9:00 am to 1:00am (EST) on weekends (Friday and Saturday).
