Hours of Work – All Other Employees. Regular Part‐Time Employees, Summer and Incentive Program Employees, Post Secondary Co‐ Op Program students, and Casual Employees shall be permitted to work up to seven (7) or eight (8) hours per day at straight‐time rates on any five (5) days per week based on the hours of work applicable to a Full‐Time Employee working in a similar classification.
