HOURS OF WORK & OVERTIME. 9.01 A regular work week shall consist of forty (40) hours worked between Monday and Saturday. 9.02 Employees shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times (1 ½x) the regular rate for all hours worked beyond ten (10) hours per day or beyond forty (40) hours per week. 9.03 Employees shall not be required to work on Sundays. Any such project schedule shall include the provision to pay overtime rates of one and one-half times (1½x) an employee’s regular rate after forty (40) hours worked per week, regardless of the days of the week being worked. 9.07 The Employer will attempt to distribute night shift work as evenly as possible among employees who normally perform the work and who indicate they wish to work the night shift.
