HOURS OF WORK & OVERTIME. 9.01 A regular work week shall consist of forty (40) hours worked between Monday and Saturday. 9.02 Employees shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times (1 ½x) the regular rate for all hours worked beyond ten (10) hours per day or beyond forty (40) hours per week. 9.03 Employees shall not be required to work on Sundays.
